I see my business/organization listed on KWKids.com. How can I modify or delete it?
Take a look at the business page, is the page created by "KWKids.com"? If so, send us a mail through the contact form and we will transfer the account to your email address as soon as possible. If it is not created by the KWKids.com, we have probably made an account in your name. You should have received your login details in an email. If you did not receive an email and you do not know your login name or email address, contact us with your organzation name and email address. We will update the account information and send you an email with details on how to login and reset your password. To help us speed up your request, please select Existing Account Login Information Request in the contact form Category drop-down list.
You can request a new password if you forgot your password or deleted the email. Once you are logged in with the account we have created for you, you should be able to edit your business, place announcements and events.
Someone has already made an account for my business/organization but I don't know the login details. How can I access this account?
When we upgraded KWKids.com we created accounts for people who had used the old site. This is likely why you already have an account on the site. I posted an event or listing. How come I don't see it on the website?
Any content that you create (including events and listings) goes into a moderation queue before being published. This allows us to make sure that no inappropriate information is posted to KWKids.com. Our moderators will approve your content within 24-48 hours of you posting it (often sooner). If you do not see your content after 48 hours please contact us.
I can't see any image in the CAPTCHA box.
